The possibilities of digital issuance of registry certificates are being expanded with the addition of issuing a history of changes in registry data of citizens and businesses, in accordance with decision A. 1119/2024 of the Governor of the Independent Authority of Public Revenue, Giorgos Pitsilis.
Specifically, from 2/8, taxpayers can digitally issue, in addition to the Registry data certificates that reflect their current status, certificates that contain the history of changes to their data, collectively or by thematic unit.
Access to the service is via the myAADE digital portal (myaade.gov.gr), using personal TAXISnet codes, on the Metro route
& Contact > Registration Certificates , where the following options are available:
- Current Personal Image
- Personal Change History
- Current Non-Natural Person/Business Image
- Non-Natural Person/Business Change History
The new functionalities offer citizens and businesses direct access to their tax picture at any time, without having to contact the AADE services to request their reprint.
It is noted that in the first half of 2024, over 11,000 non-digital reprints of Registration Certificates were issued.
The Current Image and Change History Certificates are now issued exclusively digitally, bear a digital seal and a Quick Response Code (QR CODE) for their verification by the AADE’s information systems and are mandatorily accepted for any legal use.
